• Orders placed before NOON CST will ship within 24–48 business hours.
• Ground shipping orders cannot be expedited or rushed once submitted. ORDER WILL NEED TO BE CANCELLED AND RE-ORDERED WITH APPROPRIATE SHIPPING SPEED.
• If your order is time-sensitive, please select Expedited Shipping at checkout. Expedited orders are prioritized in our queue but still fall within the 24–48 business hour processing window.
• If you require shipment sooner than the standard processing time, please submit a special request to Promo@grarate.com
